Alayna was our Nanny and we absolutely love her! She was so great with our boys and became a part of the family. She would plan activities for them and whenever they would do something away from home she was great at communicating which put me at ease. Her preschool experience shined through and she was always finding fun and creative ways to teach the boys age appropriate skills. I loved coming home to them excited about learning letters and/or showing me their latest art project, etc. She’s patient and warm and meets kids at their level. My oldest son at the time was dealing with so many big emotions and had some sensory processing difficulties. She was able to help him learn to communicate better and even helped me with some techniques. I cannot recommend her enough - she’s so wonderful!
