About Alaylah

I like working with kids because watching them develop their own personalities and be their own person brings pure joy and brightness into my life. Although it's not always sunshine and rainbows everyday it just makes me appreciate the good days and times that much more. Being a nanny has always been my dream! Helping a family navigate through life and doing it together is so amazing in its own way. Ever since I was old enough and big bough to hold a baby I've always found joy in playing with them. My little cousin was born and was diagnosed with autism and learning how his brain works and different ways he had to navigate through live and develop into the person he is today was always fascinating to me. Going to therapy's with him and different classes and camps I was constantly learning new things about him and other kids with special needs and different obstacles they have to overcome.
