About Alaya

Hi, my name is Alaya! With over four years of experience working as a nanny in New York, I've had the privilege of working with wonderful families and honing my skills in child development. I'm passionate about creating a positive, fun, and nurturing environment where children can thrive. Throughout my time in New York, I've gained valuable experience in solid food training, potty training, and activity planning tailored to each child's individual needs. I take pride in making everyday moments special and engaging, whether it's through educational games, outdoor activities, or creative arts and crafts. I've supported families by assisting with housekeeping, meal prep, and anything related to the overall well-being of the kids. I am now relocating to Tampa, Florida, and am excited to continue my nanny career in a new environment. I am highly organized, dependable, and proactive, and I believe in fostering strong relationships built on trust and partnership with parents.
