During Covid Alanna was exceptional at being on call to help me with my mom at a nursing home in Madison. I lived 2 hours away and couldn't visit my mom as much as I wanted to. I would hire Alanna to get fresh strawberries and treats for my mom, brush her hair, put lotion on her sore neck, and just sit and chat with her. Alanna has such an enthusiastic disposition and treated my mom so sweetly and also didn't talk down to her etc. My mom loved Alanna. I would hire her again in a heart beat.
