About Alanna

For seven years I worked at a parochial school as a teacher's aide and aftercare provider, before moving away for university near Pittsburgh, where I majored in theology and philosophy. I have also worked with special needs children and young adults. While I lived in Ann Arbor, MI, I worked as a therapy coach for a young woman recovering from a TBI. Currently I work in student life at an university. I am adaptable, calm, nurturing, able to maintain order, and am adept at handling emotionally and psychologically challenging situations. I have worked as an editor, musician, journalist and motivational speaker in addition to what I mention above, and thrive in relational work-settings. I have a3-year-old son and all of the mothering experience that comes with that, too. :) I hope you'll consider my application, and I thank you for your time!
