My journey into childcare began in high school and college fulfilling babysitting roles, and I really enjoy positively impacting young lives. My recent babysitting experience comes from watching a 8-10-year-old girl over the last two years, along with working with children who have experienced domestic violence in shelter settings. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and consistent dialogue. I provide regular updates via whatever method parents prefer. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead, ensuring a harmonious and respectful environment for both the children and myself. My approach to playtime is varied and engaging. Mostly I love enjoying life and hope to make everything (including homework) fun!

Alana is such an amazing human first and foremost and carries herself with such a joyful and playful energy. My daughter absolutely LOVED when she was under her care. Alana has such a wonderful spirit that instantly captivated my daughter and it was effortless from the first moment of meeting each other. I highly recommend Alana as a babysitter because she is perfect for the job!!
