About Alana

I'd describe my personality as creative, empathetic, caring, respectful, hardworking, motivated, and problem solving. I like working with kids because I love having a sense of purpose and interacting with kids. I think kids are amazing and I love spending time getting to see each of their little personalities. I'm looking for a job that I love and care about and always feel accomplished in. I started working with kids when I was 15. I started getting paid when I was 15 to watch all sorts of kids for family and friends and neighbors. In my spare time, I like to do art One thing you should know about me is I love going on adventures no matter how big or small. My skills include feeding, diapers, clothing, bathing, pick-up/ drop-off, running errands, activities, light housekeeping, meal prep, meal planning, basic first aid, and betime.
