About Alana

I was the valedictorian of my high school (4. 6328 GPA highest in the history of my high school), and I am attending Cornell University as I pursue God's calling for me to become a neurosurgeon. I was the captain of a Peer Tutoring Lab, tutored , and homeschooled my younger brother (8+ years of experience). I strive to create a warm, caring learning experience in my sessions because every student deserves a positive academic support system. I earned a 740 on my SAT math section and a 790 on the English portion of the SAT. My SAT score allowed me to win the National Merit Scholarship Competition in 2022. I received a 5 on the AP English and Language Composition test, 5 on the AP English Literature and Composition Exam, and a 4 on the AP Calculus AB. I also was accepted to Harvard University, Johns Hopkins University, and many other universities, many of which offered me Presidential Scholarships.
