I have 10 years of experience working with a variety of ages and special needs, including full-spectrum autism and cerebral palsy. I have been fully responsible for bathing/grooming/hygiene, administering food and medicine through G-tube, repositioning, driving to/ from doctor's appts, school, and other activities. I also have been a nanny for different age ranges from premie to 16 years old. I have worked with multiple children at once as well. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I am a mother to a 4-year-old boy as well! My most recent care job was for 4 years with an early teen. He moved from not being able to go outside of his house or in a car, to taking trips to stores, swimming and socializing with my family on the weekend, playing with my son and using sign language for our names.
