About Alaina

Hello my name is Alaina, I am a kindergarten teacher in lower Westchester County. I have been teaching for six years now, I have experience teaching prekindergarten, kindergarten, kindergarten special education, first and second grade special education. I have four teaching certifications, Early Childhood Education, Childhood Education, Early Childhood Special Education and Childhood Special Education. I am a firm believer that each child is unique and learn in different ways. I believe in creating lessons that offer a variety of meaningful teaching styles that allow each child to succeed. It is important to incorporate hands on and interactive lessons that allow students to have fun and learn at the same time.
