I am comfortable with every aspect of caring for a child. I started working with kids when I was a teenager. I used to help my nana with her Sunday school kids and I went on to be a nanny years later. My skills include patience, creativity and a fun loving nature. Alaina watched our 4-month old baby up until he was in day-care around 1.5 years old and we LOVE Alaina! She was reliable, flexible with our schedules, and still today we have her come and babysit when we need her. She is patient with our kiddos (now 2 of them), uses gentle-parenting techniques, and also has a lot of fun playing with them. She is trustworthy and open and honest. We have her house-sit/dog-sit for us when we are out of town too and she gives us peace of mind that everything is taken care of. 100% recommend.
