About Alaina

My experience in child care started clearly on! I began baby sitting as a teenager which grew into my young adult years. I have two children of my own and have since grown in experience with my own children while still caring for friends children, relatives and various families I've interacted with. I'm all about having fun and letting kids be themselves while have appropriate redirection/discipline when necessary. We can play outside and get dirty, we can play inside and use our imagination or play with their favorite toys. My approach is that of student led conferences. With guidance and rules from parents and then allowing kids to lead the way in a sense. I want to acclimate to them, in their space where they are comfortable and feel safe. I'm looking for a job with consistency and flow during the day. I'm an organizer and do well with multitasking. I'm also open to light house cleaning or meal prep.
