About Alaina

I'm a very optimistic person who can communicate very well with any age group. I look forward to working with any families not only as a one time sitter but also as a role model for their children. I have assisted families in my neighborhood. To enhance my knowledge, I took child development classes in high school and a CPR course in my wellness class. My approach to childcare is driven by my accountable and friendly nature. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's day and addressing any concerns promptly. I believe in a consistent and structured environment and am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports and physical activities to board games and puzzles. I also incorporate educational games that promote learning and development. I have four years of experience caring for children and am comfortable looking after two children at a time.
