Hello I' m Alaina, I' m 20 years old. I've been a baby sitter/nanny and a Nanny for around 8-9 years. I've watched twins and multiples, I guarantee I' m more than experience and qualified to do so. I' m very enthusiastic about child development and creativity time to get their thoughts flowing. I' m CPR and First Aid certified. I' m very comfortable with newborns and toddlers but also all other age ranges as well. I love staying long term, I tend to get attached and wouldn't want to just do a night or two here and there. I love to get to know the family on a more personal level and make sure the needs and expectations are set and I thrive to accomplish those. I' m currently going back to college and getting my basics done so I can continue to be a nurse or PA for a doctor. I have a car, license and full coverage insurance. I proudly recommend Alaina for future assignments. She was extremely conscientious, punctual, and professional. My daughters, especially my autistic daughter loved her from the start. She followed up very well and there was never a doubt about her commitment or priorities. I was in the process of hiring her to care for my triplets, but basically free care feel into my lap at the last minute. If that situation changes, I would definitely hire her.
