About Alaethia

Hello! I am currently working as an in home Registered Behavior Technician and love working with kids and families with all sorts of abilities and needs. I have worked in childcare and family services since I was 16 in all different forms (drop in daycare, teaching preschool, in home therapy, and even case management). I know how crucial it is for parent (who have kids with special needs or not) to have a community around them to support their goals for their child. Often that means giving the parents time to care for themselves, other children or family, or even just have an extra set of hands. I would love the chance to give you that much needed break or even consistent help. My hours are often flexible and I am open to discussing a more full time schedule at different rates.
