About Alaa

A decade of experience in both childcare and healthcare, I bring a deep sense of responsibility, compassion, and calm to everything I do, especially when it comes to caring for children. I've cared for children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers, both as a babysitter throughout my life and professionally in various roles. My career in the medical field spans over 13 years, including 7 years working in pediatric anesthesia. I'm also a trained behavior therapist and have had the privilege of working with children on the autism spectrum experiences that have deepened my patience, empathy, and understanding of unique developmental needs. I am CPR and ACLS certified. On top of my passion for childcare, I genuinely love organizing, tidying up, and creating a peaceful and structured environment where kids can thrive.
