I'm passionate about equality and believe with all of my heart that everybody should be seen as equal, regardless of differing abilities, skin color etc. I have been taking care of my niece who is autistic for the past three years and I have learned a lot from her. To improve her motor skills, we do a lot of coloring, play dough, tearing and cut paper into strips, different shapes and paste them. In addition, I read and sing along with her, which is one of favorite activity. No matter what she is stack up against, love and patient conquer it all.

June 11, 2015 Dear Sir or Madame, I am writing to recommend Akua. Akua looked after my three children for two years, from September 2013 through June 2015 and she performed diligently throughout her tenure. She has been reliable and steadfast, working five days a week, never missing a scheduled day. Her duties included: supervising multiple children (ages ranging from 4 to 12) and caring for their needs; planning, preparing and serving meals; picking up the children from school, overseeing and assisting with homework; performing housekeeping duties; helping out with laundry and the groceries; and caring for various family pets. Two of our children have ADHD, and she never lost her patience with their emotional outbursts. She also assisted our dyslexic son with his reading and writing homework, always encouraging him along. She handles difficult situations with grace, dignity, and kindness. She conducts herself professionally, respects confidentiality, and is able to connect with children of all ages. Akua possesses all qualities that make a nanny successful. She is very reliable, trustworthy, motivated, and able to adapt with the requirements of family and children. I sincerely hope that you are quick to give her a position, as her warmth, attentive care, and diligence will be sure to endear her to you.
