I believe in fostering open communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's day, and following their preferred communication method. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I am firm yet understanding, ensuring a structured and respectful environment for the children in my care. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and educational games that promote learning. With a solid foundation in early childhood education and training in First Aid and CPR, as well as experience working with special needs children, I am well-equipped to provide quality care for children of all ages.
