I've always been passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children, which is why I decided to become a childcare provider three years ago. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my creativity and friendly nature, allows me to connect easily with children and create a safe and stimulating environment for them to thrive. I believe in fostering a strong partnership with parents and keep them actively involved in their child's progress by providing regular updates, either through written daily reports or text/phone calls, whichever they prefer. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I always follow the parents' lead, ensuring consistency and a sense of familiarity for the children. My approach to playtime is varied, encompassing outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that enhance learning. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children, ranging from infants to preteens (ages 0-11).
