I am a 24-year-old college student at Columbus State, in between the process of trying to find a four-year college that I can transfer to for my degree in Early Childhood Education which I have all of my credits for at CSCC. My name is Akaila. I have worked in the child care field since I was eligible to attend 18-years old. Aside from summer jobs at daycare from 15 & 16 with the Godman Guild Association. Before being able to actually work in a center, I have done babysitting and tutoring for young adults in my community and family. I am looking for extra income doing what I love and that is looking after and taking good care of the kiddos to help me throughout my college journey. Cooking is also a hobby of mine so I have no problem helping with family meals when needed. I look forward to being able to become a great help to families in need of a trustworthy, and caring caregiver for their children.
