I have been an educator in a traditional in-person setting and an online/virtual setting for the past two years. During Emergency Distance Learning the last several months, I have really honed my craft in the art of online teaching. I was able to use newly researched technological resources to create engaging lessons that intrinsically motivate students to want to learn and participate in the lesson. Additionally, I have experience using online to conduct whole class instruction which includes differentiating my instruction to meet the needs of each particular student, working in small groups with various struggles such as ELLs, math strugglers, behavioral issues, etc., and one-on-one support.
