About Aishwarya

With my experience with children, I bring patience, creativity, and a friendly approach to my role. I believe in clear communication with parents and follow their preferred methods to discuss their child's day or any concerns. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I am confident and consistent in my approach. My favorite activities with children include educational games, technology-based games, and good old board games and puzzles. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time. I am currently a second year college student attending Wayne State University. I also have experience with kids from working at Mathnasium as Lead Instructor. I look forward to connecting with families and providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for their children.
