Aisha is a kind and pleasant person who was gentle with our daughter during the short time she worked with us. She has experience with meal preparation and was good at keeping the baby engaged. However, after one week, she did not show up the following week without any notice or communication. While she seemed to have good intentions, her personal commitments, including family obligations and travel, appeared to affect her reliability. I may recommend her for meal prep or babysitting jobs, but perhaps not for a longer-term nanny position where consistent availability is essential.
