About Airika

My approach to childcare is centered around patience, kindness, and a commitment to fostering a safe and nurturing environment for each child. My five years of experience and my college degree in Psychology have equipped me with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional care for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. My last year as a college student I worked K-12 as a first grade tutor! I managed, taught, and created enrichment centered around learning. I will always keep parents updated on their child's day. Whether it's through regular text updates or phone calls, I will follow the parents' preferred communication method. I am also very comfortable enforcing routines to ensure routines. I enjoy being outside and having fun WITH the kids! To keep the children engaged and entertained, I enjoy playing a variety of games with them and doing a variety of activities. I specialize in making sure the kids are having a fun, positive, safe environment with me.
