I am a certified Home Health Aide & Personal Care Assistant with 25 years of experience in all aspects of care giving, including Alzheimer's disease and Dementia. I can help with Companionship Services, Transportation, Shopping, Light Housecleaning, Grooming/Bathing, Meal Preparation, Assistance with PT exercises if needed, Measurement & Record Keeping of vital signs, Medication Management, etc My last HHA position lasted 11+ years. I started as a Companion for elderly lady, and ended up taking care of her psychical and emotional needs as her Dementia has progressed and psychical abilities diminished.
