I love working with people with disabilities because it allows me to make a meaningful difference in their lives by helping them gain independence and confidence. The relationships I build in this work are incredibly rewarding, as they are based on trust, respect, and genuine connection. There is nothing more fulfilling than seeing someone grow, achieve their goals, and overcome obstacles with the right support. Whether it's teaching a new skill, assisting with job placement, or simply being a source of encouragement, I take pride in celebrating their successes. Advocacy and inclusion are also deeply important to me, as I believe everyone deserves equal opportunities to thrive in society. I enjoy being active in the community, whether through job coaching, organizing activities, or providing support in daily life. Ultimately, this work brings me a strong sense of purpose and joy, knowing that I am contributing to a more inclusive and supportive world.
