Ainsley is always on time, she's very communicative with me on everything that happens with my 9.5 month old, she consistently responds to him when he's talking and talks to him as well. She finds tons of different things for them to do/try and makes sure that she is also following anything that I specifically ask that she do. Ainsley is very respectful and helpful to both me and my home every time she is here and is willing to take criticism and follow through with what needs to change based on what I've asked and is able to keep a schedule down as well!
