About Ainsley

As a caregiver with five years of experience, I am passionate about fostering children's growth, development, and happiness. I prioritize open communication with parents, following their preferred methods to discuss their child's day and address any concerns. While I am comfortable enforcing household rules, I always follow the parents' lead. My background includes some college as a biology major, and I have completed both First Aid and CPR/BLS training. I also have CNA skills. As a sophomore in college, this previous summer I spent caring for children at a pediatric complex long term care facility back home as a summer internship and would love to continue caring for children, including those with special needs. I'm happy to help with cooking meals, carpooling, light housekeeping, and supervising/creating activities. I'm available to care for up to two children, ranging from infants to preteens.
