Hello, my name is Ainsley and I'm looking for a new nanny position. I have been working for a family for the past two years, they have three kids ages 5, 3, and 18 months. I have made some of the best memories with these kids. We would go to the zoo, splash pad, on walks/ bike rides, etc. I enjoyed creating different activities for the kids from crafts for holidays to items they should find on our hikes. I am newly engaged to my fiancé Matt. I currently live in Zeeland I'm willing to drive 30-45 minute to and from work. In my previous jobs I would do tasks such as light cleaning around the house. I would also prep meals, laundry and pick up after kids play time. Along with my technical skills I am a fun and caring person. I enjoy making positive connections with kids and seeing them grow and develop. My approach is to balance discipline while also being encouraging and creating a space where children feel understood. It is hard to find someone who you your kids love being around, but can be even harder to find someone who is patient, kind, creative, and capable of handling three kids 3yo and under. Ainsley has been a wonderful member of our family team for almost two years and we have loved having her. Not only has she shuttled our kids *on time* to all their activities, gone swimming with them for swim lessons, and entertained them in so many other ways, but she folded laundry, cleaned the house, and prepped meals. Our kids have a ton of energy and can get into all sorts of trouble, but Ainsley has always been able to handle their craziness with a calming demeanor. This is not something that can be taught. She has so many wonderful qualities that she would be an amazing asset to any family unit. We would be more than happy to share our experience.
