About Ainslee

As a caring and experienced childcare worker with three years of various work opportunities, I am dedicated to fostering children's growth and development. My passion for childcare stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles and my desire to positively impact children's lives. I am known for my patience, creativity, and friendly nature. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred methods to discuss their child's day or any concerns. Regarding household rules, I happily follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency for the children. When it comes to activities, I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that encourage learning. I am comfortable caring for up to eight children of various ages, from infants to preteens. I have some college education and have completed both First Aid and CPR training.
