About Ainslee

As a former nanny, I know how important it is to have the right village helping you care for your little ones! My patient and friendly nature allows me to build strong relationships with the children in my care, while my effective communication ensures parents stay informed about their child's day. I believe in following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, to ensure consistency in your child's life. To keep the little ones entertained and engaged, I think it's important to keep active and spend time outside, but also to have quiet play and reading time! I previously worked as a nanny, and a lifeguard. I am currently pursuing a masters degree at Arizona State University, and I work full time for the Arizona Supreme Court. I'm looking for a family that primarily needs help on the weekends, whether that be regularly scheduled care or spontaneous date night sitting!
