About Aims

I like making a positive impact on children's lives. I find working with kids to be a meaningful and enjoyable experience. With a decade of experience, I am comfortable working with kids of any age and multiple children. I've worked at a daycare, summer camp, and currently as a school counselor. I'm confident with setting appropriate expectations and communicate regularly with parents through verbal communication at pickup and updates via text or phone call, depending on their preferences. I have a bachelor's degree for Human Development and Family Studies and a master's degree for School Counseling. I have completed early childhood development and elementary age coursework. Furthermore, I'm certified in First Aid Training and CPR Training. In terms of activities, I like playing active games, board games, and video games with children. I also enjoy doing art activities with kids. I am currently open to evening time childcare M-F and I'm looking for a summer childcare job.
