About Aimee

I'd describe my personality as fun, loving, and likable. I enjoy working with kids so much that I became a teacher. I have 10 years of experience working with children with special needs as well as having two beautiful grown children of my own. I taught in the New York and Vermont Public Schools for 10 years before leaving and going into the business sector. I have extensive experience and training in dealing with children of all ages, with all types of personalities, cultures, and needs. When it comes to working with children, I am strength-based focused and see the potential in all children. I never met a child I didn't like. I am an award winning children's author. I love to travel and learn about different religions and cultures. I golf, swim, play piano, love nature and anything creative. I'm fine with light housework, helping with homework, doing occasional drop offs/pickups from events or activities... I love dogs, cats, all animals and music.
