About Aimee

Hello! My name is Aimee I have a wide variety of skill sets to resource as I make myself available to folks in search of good quality care. I am a licensed massage therapist in the state of Oregon. I recently graduated. SIAYT has been a great resource on how to stay healthy and balanced in the body, mind and spirit. It has been a great resource for my own aging process and I really enjoy sharing good tips with others. I have a long history of working with elderly folks as I have held positions in inpatient and outpatient hospital settings, helped folks build strength and mobility in their bodies in clinical settings as well as assisted with transportation, ADL's, meal prep and cooking, pet care and medication management.
