Hey good evening , my name is Ailliah. Growing up my mom had a lot of kids and I'm the oldest of the bunch so you know I'm mommy #2. Growing up with a lot of responsibilities and raising your siblings isn't an easy task but it molded me into becoming a loving, caring, compassionate and selfless person. I'm very patient and stern I can be a friend and also a mentor . My mom also has a daycare where I assist with newborns - toddlers so I have multiple years of experience. What sets me apart from any other babysitter is, I consider my ability to connect with kids to be my most important babysitting quality. I always treat them with respect and lead by example. I use my creativity to develop fun and engaging activities to help their development. I'm Also very problem solving , I know how to deal with tantrums I know how to love care and handle your kids without hesitation. Can't wait to work with amazing families I'd describe my personality as patient and energetic
