About Ailenys

I've always had a passion for nurturing children's development and am thrilled to have three years of experience as a childcare provider. My patient and calm personality, combined with my creativity and imagination, allows me to connect with children and create a nurturing environment. I believe in open and honest communication and follow the parents' preferred method of staying connected about their child's day or any issues that arise. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. From outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles, I enjoy a variety of activities that promote learning and fun. I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time and have experience with children aged 0-11, with a particular interest in the 1-3 and 4-5 age groups. I'm fluent in both English and Spanish. I'm committed to providing exceptional care and fostering a positive impact on the children I care for.
