Hey I'm Aila! I am a creative and patient childcare provider with 3 years of experience caring for children of all ages. My passion for caregiving stems from my previous babysitting roles and job as a children's swim instructor, where I discovered the joy of supporting families and providing a reliable childcare, while also having fun!! I am always up for anything the kids want to do! I keep parents informed about their child's day and any issues through regular updates via text or phone calls. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a structured environment if needed. I love playing outdoor sports and physical games, as well as board games and puzzles. I also incorporate educational games that promote learning and development. But no matter the activity, I am up for the task!!!
