Aidde is a caring, loving, and experienced nanny! She stepped in beautifully to help us out for a couple of weeks where we were in a pinch. Addie was able to soothe our baby to nap pretty quickly where only his dad and mother were able to before. She has great work ethic, great at planning age appropriate activities and outings for our 4.5 month old baby. We are still benefiting from the outings she planned or appointments she made for us after her job with us is done. Addie proactively worked every minute with the hours she was here, for example she helped on our house chores while the baby naps after other baby related work is done. Absolutely rehire-able.
