I'm writing to wholeheartedly recommend Aida for your child care needs. Aida has been with our family, caring for our two year old daughter and one year old son, for two years. We have a high standard of care for our children, and Aida has risen to the occasion and exceeded our expectations. Aida has developed a wonderful and loving relationship with our daughter and our son. She engages them with books, songs, and play. She also allows time for independent exploration. Both our kids are excited every morning when Aida walks through the door. I've been most impressed by how well Aida has adapted to our home and our routines. She seeks input and values and follows our schedule. She is incredibly prompt and reliable. Aida communicates clearly and directly both with us and our children. In sum, we love Aida and couldn't be more happy that is a part of our family.
