I'm a 23-year-old nanny seeking a full-time position with a family I can truly connect with. For the past four years, I've been with my current nanny family, who affectionately describe me as their "substitute mom." They see me as hardworking, fun, loving, reliable, and energetic. I have my own car and enjoy taking the kids on adventures. While my current nanny role includes many "house manager" duties-such as tidying up, organizing, taking the kids to school and activities, grocery shopping, and ensuring the home is clean-I am looking to establish more defined boundaries with a new family. I am willing to assist with household chores, but I would like my primary focus to be on providing excellent care for the children. Building a strong relationship with parents is just as important to me as creating meaningful connections with the children.
