Hi! A bit about my background - I have been in childcare for approximately 9 years and have loved every second! Most of my experience is working with with infants and toddlers as a nanny and preschool teacher assistant; however I have provided care for a wide variety of ages through babysitting on the side. I genuinely find joy in the daily minutiae that comes with childcare - the details matter (especially with toddlers and infants)! I strive for clear communication (e. g., daily routines/activities, allowances/restrictions, periodic check ins, etc.) and want to build relationships that value providing and receiving feedback. I cherish the relationships I have been able to build with the families I've worked with, and would be happy to provide letters of reference for previous families I've cared for; as well as any documentation you may need (e. g., driving record, background check, CPR/First Aid).
