I have significant experience working with individuals of all ages and abilities in a variety of settings. I have worked in school settings, group homes, private homes, rehabilitation hospitals and at non-profit organizations within the community. I have enjoyed spending time with aging adults, children with cognitive delays, individuals with spinal cord injury and/or brain injury and a wide array of amazing folks in between. Through these experiences I am able to bring with me respect, patience and compassion for the individual, and a willingness to meet them where they are. I believe in the importance of finding joy and purpose in each day, regardless of age or ability. Additionally, I will gently challenge, and encourage hard work towards the goals they have set forth to live each day with healthy and positive intentions.
