About Aftyn

My name is Aftyn. I am 22 and I am about to finish up my bachelor's at Augsburg University, my degree requirements are complete, and I am just finishing up my language credit this winter! I have been working with children since I was 13 where I spent my summer volunteering in a licensed in-home daycare. I also babysat for many families consistently all of which had multiple children. In 2020 I nannied for around 7 months before parting ways amicably due to COVID childcare options that worked better for the parents. After this, I started working at Anna's Bananas Daycare Center where I gained hands-on experience with ages 6 weeks to 6 years. Most of my days here I spent in the Newborn room or the "3s" rooms! Currently, I am a store manager for a local CBD store as I needed to complete my internship for my degree in a similar role but I miss childcare and am ready to jump back in! I am extremely flexible, creative, and reliable. I am looking for long-term, full-time care positions
