About Afton

My name is Afton, and I am 19 years old. I have about 6 years of experience babysitting, starting with my baby cousins, and ranging ages from newborn-8 years old. Last summer I nannied two boys, ages 4 and 7. I love to take the kids outside and do fun stuff with them, keep them entertained. I also have experience with dogs and pet sitting, and I have a dog myself. passionate about creating a safe and environment for children. My previous babysitting roles have shown me the positive impact I can have on children's lives. My approach is centered around patience, creativity, and open communication. I believe in fostering a friendly and approachable environment where children feel comfortable expressing themselves. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules and maintain open lines of communication with parents about their child's day, using their preferred method of communication.
