We are so grateful to have had Mimi as our part time nanny for our daughter, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Mimi cared for our daughter from around 12 to 18 months and while our needs for nanny care have changed we still ask her to watch our little one on occasion because of the exceptional care she provides. From the very first time Mimi walked into our home, she instantly built a trusting and comfortable relationship with our daughter. It was clear that Mimi knows exactly what she's doing with babies and young children—she's a true professional. She has also raised children of her own into adulthood and clearly loves opportunities to still connect with and nurture little ones. What really stands out about Mimi is her ability to connect with kids right away. When we first met, our daughter was in a phase where she was nervous around new people and Mimi knew how to handle the situation. Her calm and confident demeanor made our daughter feel at ease immediately. We always felt completely comfortable leaving our daughter in Mimi's care, knowing she would be in great hands. Mimi is not only trustworthy but also incredibly attentive to our daughter’s needs and development. If you’re looking for someone who is not only reliable but genuinely loves and understands children, Mimi is the nanny/babysitter you want. She's a lovely person and I’d recommend her to anyone without hesitation—she’s an absolute gem!
