Hello! I'm Aesha. I am 22 years old. I have been working with children since I was 12 years old and have been a full time nanny for the last 5 years. I am also open to household manager duties such as organization, light cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, etc. I am attentive, outgoing, positive, energetic, and truly have a passion working with children. I have experience with multiples, twins, nicu babies, children of all ages newborn- teen and special needs. I am currently in the process of being both Doula (3 in 1) and NCS certified. Pa clearances, FBI Fingerprints, background and CPR & First Aid certification are all up to date and can be shared! Aesha is a highly recommended flexible empathetic, and understanding child care expert! She has helped us out tremendously with her newborn twins on growing overnight shifts and being very adaptable to our needs in their needs. Nothing we ask of her goes unheard, and her communication is clear and prompt. She always make sure to check in before during, and after her shifts with us to make sure she understands what to do and then relay any pertinent information about our twins. Highly recommended and endorsed.
