I'm an experienced, nurturing, and passionate childcare provider with a deep appreciation for fostering children's growth and development. My 7 years of experience, including babysitting roles and coursework in early child development, have equipped me with the skills to care for children of all ages, up to 11 years old. As a caregiver, I prioritize open communication and work closely with parents to ensure their children receive the best possible care. I believe in fostering intrinsic motivation and helping children understand the reasoning behind expectations, leading to a harmonious and positive environment. My calm, creative, and empathetic nature allows me to connect with children and support their emotional and cognitive growth. My educational background and training in first aid, CPR, and early child development, coupled with my passion for the Montessori approach, enable me to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
