About Adrian

Hello! My name is Adrian, and I'm currently a college student at UCSB majoring in Economics with a minor in Communications. I've had extensive experience in caregiving across various age groups and needs, which has shaped me into a responsible, patient, and compassionate individual. I grew up helping care for my younger sibling while my mother, a single parent, worked to support us. Over the years, I also cared for the children of neighbors and close family friends, which helped me build strong childcare skills. In addition, I've always been surrounded by animals as I currently have a dog and a cat at home, and I've grown up with pets my whole life, so I'm very comfortable with pet care and companionship. For 8 years I helped provide my grandmother with dementia with daily support and care, which gave me valuable experience in assisting elderly individuals with compassion and understanding. I take pride in creating a safe, warm, and supportive environment for those I care for.
