About Adrian

Hello, My name is Adrian or you can call me AJ. I'm a junior nursing student at Hunter-Bellevue School of Nursing. I get it. School is tough. As a current student, I understand how hard it is for most kids to succeed in today's education system. I have two younger brothers who I've been tutoring for my whole life and their homework is not easy. When I was a high school student, I also tutored my fellow classmates in math and science for two years. But I learned through these experiences, that tutoring takes times. It takes a lot of patience, resilience, time management, and the ability to accommodate to the specific learning style of the student. Through tutoring, I not only want to help kids to learn and finish their homework, but also develop their sense of independence and belief that they are able and intelligent. Through my tutoring, I want to make a difference in the student's life and help them find a drive for success beyond academics.
