My name is Adrian, and I've been a professional Nanny for over 10 years. I started my career path when I was offered an intern position at the University of Maryland hospital in the nursery department. From there, I provided childcare for neighbors and as well through social services. I have experience in multiples, as I've raised multiples myself. I love children, and I enjoy being a part of their development and growth. contributing to the early stages in life through socialization, teaching manners, and how to work through different feelings and emotions. I communicate everything with the parents. I've never been to work late as I arrive 15 early.
